Headlight issue/ Electrical issue? Not sure

Dear Bimmerforums,
**also posted this in lighting but figured id post in E36 specifically just to be sure**
So I recently got my 95 E36 M3 and decided it would nice to upgrade my headlight bulbs. Based off my research, I decided on 9005 for the high beams and 9006's for the lows. I also replaced my dome light with an LED bulb (I am unsure of the specific bulb but I can check). Anyhow, I replaced all the bulbs without issue and everything was fine. However, that evening when I was driving at night with the new bulbs, I noticed that there was a "pulsing" or cutting out every couple of seconds or so. A couple of examples: when I used the windshield wipers I noticed a millisecond cut out of the light. They would just blip and then come right back on. Also, at one point my stereo even cut itself off and restarted. I have an Infinity subwoofer in the back and am wondering if this is an electrical issue or am I just using too much current or what? Any opinions would be welcome. This only started the day I replaced the bulbs so I am convinced it could be linked to that. Thanks so much

FS: First Aid Kit from 92 535i.

HI, I found a First Aid kit in the 92 535i e34 that I am parting. (also found a box of ashes from the PO dead dog, kind of weird)
Complete First Aid kit that has not been opened from its plastic wrapping. The only problem is that the 2 plastic clips on the out side have cracked. I am asking 30 plus shipping.

I have a bunch of parts I found that I have no use for and I'm moving and don't want to pack them.
1. Tial Sport V1 50mm BOV. It's new but doesn't have the weld on flange. 100$ OBO

2. Turbosmart Pro-gate 48mm. It's new and comes with everything except the weld on flange

3. Innovate LC-2 Wideband with red gauge. It's new. 125$

4. PLX M-300 Wideband. Also new. 50$ OBO

5. RCV chromoly 35mm axle shafts, inner CV with billet cages and outer billet CV cages. All they need are CV boots and outer CV flanges. These are the same axles Card Counter used on his 328. I bought two sets when they were custom made and I don't need this set anymore. 400$ OBO

F30 Jetta/Passat TDA to 328d

Hey folks. As you can see I'm new to the forum. I did some research here and noticed there are, at least, a few people who have made the switch from a VW Jetta TDI to the 328d. The wife and I just had a great tour from our home in NJ to Asheville, NC through Deal's Gap NC/TN and up the Blue Ridge Parkway to home in our 2005 VW Jetta TDI. About 1800 miles averaging 42 MPG. As our vehicle is getting up there in miles (162K), and years, we're beginning to keep an eye out for our next vehicle and the 328d could very well make the short list. Would love to hear from those who have made the transition from a Jetta, or Passat, TDI to a 328d and what your experience has been so far. Below are the questions we'd like to get out of this discussion. Thanks in advance for any insight you can provide.

1) If you've made the transition, would you do it again?

2) Do you find the cabin of your 328d to be any quieter than the cabin from your Jetta/Passat?

3) To those who are past the warranty/maintenance period, Has the cost of routine maintenance been somewhat reasonable? As long term owners this is important to us.
