E30 won't spark

Hey guys! So I'm having a no spark issue. I thought I bent a valve turning out of my neighborhood a few weeks ago so I drove it right back to the garage and parked it for a few days. Began to pull the head when I realized that I should check if it was a bad exhaust leak. I put the new head studs back in, replaced the coolant hoses, connected my fuel lines and got everything set back up with the new exhaust gaskets in place. I go to crank it, nothing, my battery's dead. Charge battery but it won't hold a charge. Bought a new battery and it cranks fine, just won't start. I tested my coil and it was reading 12v while the key was in on position but would read 0v when I crank it. I bought a new coil and still no spark. So far I've replaced the following;
Battery
Ignition Coil
Crank position sensor
Cap and Rotor
and im replacing oil pan to chassis ground strap tomorrow.
I have no clue what it could be other than bad relays or bad ecu.
What do you guys think? Someone on here always has the answer to my problems. :)
