e39 Style 42 on e36

So I've read so many conflicting things in many of the forums. Does anyone know if these fit or not without rolling fenders on a stock e36 suspension? Also, would I need different tires?

Have an e36 1999 323i convertible, will I be able to fit 530 sport rims(Style 42) without any fender mods? New wheels are Style 42 w/235 45/17
