Windshield Frame Seal

Lately, the rain has exposed a leak along the Z's A-pillar window. I have tried repairing the ducting at the top of the seal, and this didn't seem to help. The water appears to just seep in along the a-pillar windows, on both sides. I started looking into the seal, and noticed that it can easily be pulled away from the windshield frame.

I am guessing that this shouldn't simply be hanging off of the windshield frame. Thoughts anyone?

Also, could anyone confirm for me that this seal is indeed the "Windshield Frame Seal", part #51-71-8-410-169?
