2001 BMW 330i Faulty codes appeared. need help.

Hi, i'm new here, just like to ask the group if you could give me some information and regarding the codes that appeared on my car when i took it to the shop.

1. (018) 12 Exhaust, camshaft position sensor, signal
2. (204) CC idle speed, leakage air, signal implausible
3. (227) E3 fuel trim bank 1, permissible range exceeded
4. (228) E4 fuel trim bank 2 permissible range exceeded
5. (010) 0A engine coolant temperature sensor, signal
6. (238) EE misfire, cylinder 1
7. (241) F1 misfire, cylinder 4
8. (008) 08 signal air mas flow sensor
9. (203) CB fuel trim bank 2 control limit

the car was running good last week til last Friday, when the SES light turned on. any ideas what could be the problem and how much will it cost me to get it fixed.
