Where do I put a "spotted" thread?

Today was the deutscheclassic in Oley Valley, PA. I have been seeing BMWs all over the Lehigh Valley. This afternoon I saw 4, 3-Series going South in Neffs/Schencksville, PA, all of whom flashed and waved at me while driving my black Z3 2.8 Roadster with the top down.
