D6C Front Idler Guide Plate Repairs

Was running the D6C on a project about 10 days ago & when I got off I noticed this, a guide plate has 2 bolts either come loose or break off & lost the spacers too. The top two bolts that go into the idler shaft block that splits were both broke too.

Put things back together the best we could & finished the job till we could get her back for repairs this week!

First we tried drilling down through the top holes in the guide plate, but no go.....those Gr 8 bolts are HARD!! Even tried...
