92 325i rear diff mount point failure

Hey all, I am new to this forum. I have a 92 325i and am currently repairing the cracks and shears at the mount points. I did a search and didn't see any posts about this weakness in the E36 chasis. Have any of you all gone through this repair? I bought the complete set of strengthening plates from Turnermotorsport.com. My case is probably the most extreme failure as two mount points were completely gone. This is due to me driving for over a year after the chasis started to crack. I was lazy and am just now getting around to reviving the 'ol girl. A few things to note about this situation is to make sure to measure the exact location of the threaded hole for the mount bolts. I did this by measuring the bolt holes center to center right to left and front to back to get x and y. then after carefully aligning the plate I tack welded it in place and re measured to verify and then began welding the plate to the chasis. I will update with a more step by step narration tomorrow
