Bavsound in 95 e36

Hello all. I have 95 325i vert. I read that an aftermarket head unit cab blow stock speakers. I am not radio savy but my vert is stripped and almost all speakers blown. Going to buy the bavsound setup but are there stereo specs I should know so as not to blow these bavsound speakers. What are the specs on the speakers..Current system from PO k is stock speakers, aftermarket amp, aftermarket base cube in ski pass, aftermarket head unit. Rear and door speakers blown. Only speakers near feet work. Thanks in advance
