I have a '96 740 with beige upholstery. I've had the headliner replaced professionally about 2 years ago. The upholstery between the rear window and rear headrests has come unglued now and the fabric moves around sloppily when the rear window is open. I was wondering if anyone has tried a DIY re-glue in this area? I tried a syringe with some LOCTITE but it quickly clogged. I figure if I can get some kinda adhesive injected without ruining the fabric I'll be in good shape. Really would prefer not to do full replacement since the fabric itself still looks good.
