Hi, Looking on other threads, others have had this issue too. Some rear seat catches on E46's are easy to get to, as they fold via access to clips in the Boot. Mine don't unfortunately, so I'm thinking it was an option or a Coupé thing.
I am almost 100% certain it's NOT a suspension issue; it's been checked thoroughly by the guy I've used for 20 years who I trust implicitly, so I'm now realistically looking at taking the seat out and looking at the clips on the seats themselves and the underside of the Parcel shelf.
Has anyone had this issue and fixed it, as it sounds like I have a trapped Dolphin in the boot and it's driving me insane? :eyecrazy:eyecrazy:eyecrazy
