OBC test 9 vs multi-meter discrepancy

Hello all,

If I do a OBC test 9 it sometimes shows a very low voltage. Like scary low 11.6 the other day after sitting overnight.
If I hook up a multi-meter it shows 12.2 with key in same position ( computers and such running, OBC test lit up, lights/hvac/radio all off) Which is still on the low side, but not on the scary low side.

I used an analog meter, and a digital meter. The digital meter has what appears to be calibration adjusters. I have never touched them. I always checked voltage at the battery terminals. Should I be checking at the jump points in the front of the car. Should that matter at all? Do I assume two meters are not accurate, or that the OBC test is wrong? Is 11.6 too low to be considered a valid battery reading? When the engine is running/charging that voltage on all 3 meters is in closer alignment, and between low 13s and mid 14s depending on rpm as expected.

Related: I suspect the battery is marginal. I ran it about a year with a ~2 Amp battery drain. That equates to 30-50% discharge/recharge cycle just about every day before the drain was identified. It hasn't shown any signs of problems, other than low voltage. I will probably change it out early so I don't roast another alternator. ( replaced ~3 years ago )

Thanks
