1995 BMW 530i has my attention

There is a very nice condition 1995 530I for sale at a auto repair shop that does also has a small inventory of consignment used car sales. Car supposedly been "extremely" well maintained (I would review service records of course), the AutoCheck report I ran looks really good, Car has 121,000 miles, automatic transmission, white exterior, tan interior. Very clean exterior & interior....looks like the car was always garaged. Located near San Francisco. Really like the classic look of this particular BMW. I was shopping for another used Toyota or Honda.....but, this car has me tempted.
I already looked into the expected gas mileage for this car and as expected, it's not good. But, I only anticipate driving approx. 6,000 - 6,500 miles a year.
My main concern is expected high cost of maint & repairs. I am of course willing to pay more for proper maint, then compared a Japanese car.....but, there is a limit. I have neck & back issues that led to me retiring this year....so, there is no way I would try to do any maint on this car myself...it's all going to be have to be done at a repair shop. Taking into account if the car has been maintained as well as advertised, I am just trying to get some idea what I my average annual maint & repair costs could run.....given my expected usage (I currently average less then 100 miles a week on my current car)
