Have just tried to change the HU in my E39 with DSP and did not work out so I have now gone with the GAS E39 PCN. I might be sick but I found the the sound quality and the out put from the Nokia subs ok I have just bought a Alpine MRX V70 5 channel amp to power the system. I don't want to change the subs unless I have to. So to the question does anyone know if the nokia subs can be powered from an after market amp without destroying the amp. I have 1 channel on the amp to power the subs. All of the searching I have done is just doing my head in and I can't get a straight answer. Any help would be appreciated.
