i noticed every time i replace the battery in my key fob it only lasts a month or so before it dies, first couple times figured it must just be bad batteries.
yesterday i tossed my keys in my desk drawer at work and noticed the red light was flashing quickly and wouldnt stop when you pressed the buttons or anything. it was still doing it this morning a day later the lights dimmer too. i think this could be the issue if its trying to transmit something this whole time.
has anyone else expirenced this one? i thought maybe one of the buttons is broke internally and is stuck pushed down perhaps..as a side note i cant remotely lock or unlock the car, although it still starts the car just fine.
