turbo m20b2.7 w/i-head crank no start help

hey everyone,
so I have an m20b27 with the I-head that will crank but wont start. any one
got any tips on something to look out for?

so what I have besides internals is
injector dynamics 1000cc injectors.
wasted spark 6-ign tower and quad spark from diyautotune
VACmotorsports turbo camshaft and adjustable cam gear
aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
the mspnp2

anyone got any ideas? what should the numbers I should look for when doing a compression test? anything on pairing up the coil wires? please help!
