I'm sure it's nothing really, but just want to be sure. I've had my car for a little over a month now. I took to it to the most Thorough european Auto service place I know where they did a check over. I took care of a belt and the cel eccentric drive shaft sensor. I've never seen the car get to hot or smoke or anything, but today is a really really wet and rainy day. There's flooding in some areas. I stopped at Cumbies and turned the car off and was in there for about 5 minutes. When I came out there was a little bit of smoke coming out of the kidneys. I assumed it was just steam from all the water hitting the radiator or something. Got to work. Didn't see anthing coming out of it right away so I went inside. Just wondering if there is a way I can tell if the car is running hotter than it should? I plan to check the fluids when I get home. No lights are on or warnings.
Does the E82 128i have a temperature reader in the iDrive since I don't see a guage?
