I'm from Europe (France), and I own a 850Ci that I try to get a bit more up-to-date for actual years.
I know in USA there should be a law so that front turn signals light up when you turn on front lights. This is called "US Side Markers" in BMW Electronic modules like the LCM2 mounted on my '07 E61, and is activated on EU 5 series E60/E61. I find it a good improvement so the car is more visible at street corners.
But I'm wondering how this is implemented on the E31 !
Do you have P21/5W bulbs (double pin sockets for dual power on the same bulb) in the turn signals or is there an additional bulb in the front turn signals, and if so, would someone be so kind to post a picture of this ?
