Puzzled....Vibration followed by SES Flash, then nothing.

Headed into work this morning. 70ish up highway. Far left lane. Got an intense extremely fast vibration. I checked my drivers side mirror and I was close to the shoulder so I made the assumption I had crossed those vibration wake up you drunk vibration cups. The vibration had stopped other than what felt like a marginal power cut, then I noticed that the Service Engine Soon light was flashing. Flashed probably 12 times, then shut off, and car felt normal. I was in Drive Sport, DSC off, it's 90 degrees and cloudy and the weather is calling for dry lightning and electrical storms(if that makes a difference).
My car is lowered on the Dinan Stage 2 stuff and I am on a 30 series tire. My thoughts are I DID cross the vibration cups on the shoulder and the knock sensors picked up the vibration and freaked. Another really smart member here said via text that maybe I had some detonation because of the hot muggy weather, which I believe because my DME isn't used to weather over 70 degrees F. What else could possible cause a crazy high RPM vibration like that temporarily? I am going to see if my cheap crap scan tool can pull any codes. This car has low miles and has been extremely well card for, I have recently flashed the Dinan Stage 5 tune, and I put the Valve Covers on, hopefully they arent peeling and shedding directly onto my valvetrain.
