i come in search of help. i have a e28 in my possession that will maintain a constant idle, the MAF and the IACV have been both replaced and cleaned. the fuel filter has been replaced with a new unit. ive cleaned the throttle body and once it was cleaned it ran awesome for approximately 30 seconds then it returned to the fluctuation of 500RPM to 2000RPM i have a sneaky suspicion that it may be a bum fuel pump but i figured id ask around here before I went ahead and replaced it. (im also assuming that there may be alot of sludge in the bottom of the fuel tank but i havent investigated that out yet) as well will anyone with a Floor service manual tell me what the fuel PSI should be?
