Coolant drain (evans) on a 03 540 (m62tu) question

Doing a cooling overhaul on the 03 540 auto

new rad , all hoses , w pump , overflow , refilling with evans and going electric fan

Draining of the engine ..

So far I've got the upper and lower hoses off , along with the several other hoses to get to the water pump.

Used a shop vac with the blower output to blow air into both cross over tubes , in/out of alternator , water pump openings.

The crossover tubes yielded quite a mess and quantity.

Changed out the 3 heater core hoses and they were all empty from the shop vac

Took out the passenger side block drain tonight and got just a trickle , I'd say 1.5 cups tops.



Is the block drains the lowest point ?

For the little I got out of the passenger side I'm wondering if driverside plug is going to get much.

I haven't done the heater core (power back up car and set to high temp with fan on ) to clear out the core yet

I have right about 1/2 of a 5 gal bucket out so far.

Is this drained as far as I'm going to get ? Evans is calling for less than 2% water mixed in.
