I spotted what appears to be a fairly tidy 740 on a local auction site and am considering it as a replacement to my 735 (hopefully I can get the money to keep both :D ) I know the M30's fairly well but what issues should one look out for on a 740?
Off the top of my head I recall the heavier 8cyl engines put increased wear on the front running gear leading to the ole "shimmy", anything else to be aware of when checking it out?
